Hythem El-Nazer is Co-Managing Partner of TA Associates, a leading global private equity firm, where he helps drive investment strategy and oversee firm management. He chairs TA’s Management Committee, serves on the Executive, Core Investment and Portfolio Committees, and co-leads the North America Technology Group. Hythem has sponsored over 30 investments across the globe and currently is the lead Director on over a dozen companies. He joined TA as an Associate in 2004. Before TA, Hythem worked at McKinsey and at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an AB in economics from Brown University, and a General Course degree from the London School of Economics. He is currently a Lifetime member of the Council of Foreign Relations, the Board and Executive Committee of SEO, and the President's Leadership Council of Brown University.
