IEX Internship Program Receives 2025 Brandon Hall Excellence Award

IEX has been named a 2025 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award winner for Best Unique or Innovative Learning, recognizing the design and impact of its Internship Program. The program reflects IEX’s commitment to providing interns from a variety of backgrounds with meaningful, hands-on learning experiences through real project work, mentorship, and exposure to the firm’s mission and expertise. The internship program is led by Ellen Carr and Emily Leung from IEX’s People team, whose thoughtful approach to early-career development for students  has helped create a program that prioritizes learning, contribution, and belonging.
