Florian Seifferer is the Chief Strategy Officer at IEX Group. In this role, he focuses on new market opportunities, forging partnerships aimed at long-term growth and profitability for the Group, and IEX’s digital asset initiatives.
Florian joined IEX in 2022 from the Deutsche Börse Group. There he served as Americas COO for the 360 Trading Networks Inc. business, a global FX marketplace, where he played an integral role in scaling the company’s business and strategic initiatives in the Americas. Prior to his tenure with the 360T business, Florian served as Co-Head of Business & Product Development for the Group’s Global Funding and Financing business, and as the Head of Market Development & Initiatives at Eurex’s electronic repo market.
He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and is a graduate of the University of Bayreuth.
